Hola
They look at the photos of the weading.
They were looking at photos of the wedding. They are looking at photos of the wedding.
she see the procession from the balcony
She is watching the procession from the balcony. She watched the procession from the balcony. She was watching the procession from the balcony.
You can see for miles (bien)
I waited outside the restaurant for hours but I didn´t watch any celebrities
I waited outside the restaurant for hours but didn't see any celebrities.
Look at that cloud! Is it going to rain. Look at that cloud! Is it going to rain? (question)

see: ver , pero ver algo de repente, si fijarse mucho, por ej I saw you = yo te vi
look = observar , es mirar algo detenidamente por ej I look the showcase every sunday
I watch the soccer game

Por ejemplo: I see the car. Can you see the mountains? He needs his glasses to see.
Por ejemplo: I look for my keys every morning. Did you look at the way he threw the ball? She will look through the pictures tomorrow.
A veces, significa guardar o cuidar.
Por ejemplo: I like to watch the birds that fly over my house.
She watches her brother when he crosses the street.
I watch for good bargains at the store before buying anything.
After thinking about it, it's much more complicated than that, and to explain I have to write in English -- sorry. I will give a few more phrases. I think "watch" means something closer to "to stare." Consider these sentences...
I saw my mother yesterday. (Even though it was a long visit, you would never say "I watched my mother yesterday." That sounds creepy, like you stared at her the whole time)
I am watching the movie. (You would never say "I am seeing the movie," but...)
I saw the movie. (In the past tense, you can say see or watch. See sounds more natural.)

They look at the photos of the wedding. (si)
she sees the procession from the balcony (porque tarda mucho tiempo, diríamos watches)
You can see for miles (si, como se puede ver..)
I waited outside the restaurant for restaurant for hours but I didn´t watch any celebrities (diríamos see, pero la frase es complicada. tardabas mucho tiempo "waiting." Viste a la celebridad por un momento)
Look at that cloud! Is it going to rain. (si, como mirar)
Perdón por mi español pobre.
