If she wants to have her little attitude...

This means the same thing as: If she wants to have a bad attitude, or a "petty" attitude.  To have an attitude means to be nasty or unpleasant - a person with a bad attitude is difficult to deal with because he/she is arrogant or unpleasant.

A child who talks back to his parents or teachers has a bad attitude.  If you go to a store and a clerk tells you to "go to hell,"  he/she has a bad attitude.

Have never heard the expression “have a little attitude” We say He/she “has an attitude” when someone behaves or expresses himself in a strange or weird way. In the case of a hypocrite you may say “She is a hypocrite and has an attitude”
