Improving my speaking

Hi, I'm living in USA now and want to improve my speaking. My goal is being fluent in English.. I'm aware that only practice makes perfect!

My level is advanced and I would prefer to speak to someone who could correct my mistakes and teach me more about vocabulary, expressions, etc.
